Our rules

Our rules are based on common sense,  politeness, mutual respect to one another and   to the property rights.

  Unfortunately, these concepts  are not  understood by everybody;   in this connection, we are compelled to state here our rules.

  We inform, that we are NOT hotel and the hotel rules do not extend on our activity. Our rules are created by ourselves, as owners of a private property.

Arrival and departure to villas and apartments

Arrival and  handing over of villas and apartments for holidays are carried out from 17.00 till 20.00. In case of impossibility to arrive at the appointed time, it is necessary to call the owner +39-333-592-66-77 and to specify an opportunity of later arrival. Villas and apartments are handed over only after of  the whole sum  of rent cost is paid and  a deposit of 100 EUR is received (credit cards are not accepted).

Departure and return of villas and apartments are carried out from 9.00 till 10.00. Later departure entails surcharge for  the whole day presence. At departure the owner carries out reception of returned villas and apartments and returns the deposit 100 EUR (any damage caused by the client  is compensated from the sum of deposit; in case of a larger damage the client is obliged to cover it additionally). If clients leave at another time, the owner inspects also acceptance, during time convenient for. In that case, the deposit is returned to the client by bank transfer (if there was no damage caused).

 Use of villas and apartments

Key rule of  renting  of villas  and apartments -

"The rented property must be returned to the owner in the same condition, in which you  accepted it".

Villas and apartments are completed  in accordance with  the number of  persons declared at booking, on the minimal principle for tourist residing, including blankets and pillows. Staying of extra persons can be allowed  only on agreement  with the owner and at the cost of 10 EUR for a person a day. The bed-clothes, towels,  toilet paper, soap and shampoos are brought by the clients (in case of the advanced order it is possible to rent bed-clothes and towels). It is not permitted to sleep without bed-clothes. On all the beds there are covers which are not bed-sheets. If they  will be left dirty at departure, you must pay for their washing. The same concerns  pillows, blankets, mattresses and sofas. The items available in villas and apartments  is not permitted to take away on the street, on a beach and to the  other villas and apartments. It is forbidden to smoke in all premises. The garbage  from apartments and villas is thrown out by tenants. For this purpose BEHIND our territory special containers in the street are established. The garbage  should be sorted: separately metal and glass, separately plastic and separately all the rest. It is not permitted to throw out  garbage from villas  and apartments into the containers for fine dust, established in our park and in our territory.

  Energy carriers

(Cold and hot water, electricity, gas for a kitchen)

At booking villas and apartments average cost of ordinarily used energy carriers is collected. In case of inadequate use (current water or needlessly ignited electric light are left) the owner reserves the right to raise additional payment.

Heating

In a cold season heating is possible. It is ordered at booking and paid off separately.

Keeping quiet

 Villas and apartments are intended for quiet rest. Therefore it is accepted to keep quiet from 23.00 till 9.00 at our place.

  Children

A child over the age of  1,5 year at the day of arrival is considered and paid for as one person. On our territory children are under supervision and at the responsibility of their parents. Outdoor games which can cause damage to property and disturb people  having a rest (football, volleyball, etc.) are not permitted on our territory, including the  pool and  the premises. For such  games is recommended  the beach, where the special platform is equipped.

    Animals

We do not Accepted guests with pets.

Swimming pool

We allow  our clients to use our private swimming pool without additional payment or any time limit.

  Taking of a shower before entering the  pool is obligatory. Children under 12 years can enter the pool only accompanied by adults. It is forbidden to jump into the pool from its side. It is forbidden to bring animals  into the pool. It is forbidden to smoke on a side of the pool, to wash legs and footwear in the  pool. It is forbidden to use  inflatable mattresses and boats in the pool. It is not permitted to use the pool at the period of its  service maintenance. It is not permitted to use fragile subjects (glasses, cups, etc.) near the pool. It is not permitted to throw into the  pool extraneous subjects (stones, sticks, paper, etc.). It is not permitted to occupy any equipment around the pool (umbrellas, plank beds, tables, chairs)  without use.

 Hearth  for a barbecue

It is given without additional payment, on conditions of Self-service, so that  after use (when it will cool down)  you must clean it.

Flowers

In all villas and apartments there are living plants which  will be very grateful if you will water them. In return they will please you with flowers. Flower boxes are not ashtrays, it is forbidden to extinguish cigarettes there,  to throw dust and stubs.

Our territory and the park

It is forbidden to break trees, bushes and to pick flowers. In our territory and in the park there live many small wild animals (lizards, tritons, frogs, squirrels and so forth) and birds, categorically it is forbidden to disturb and to catch them. It is not permitted to throw out various types of garbage  on the territory (for fine dust there are special containers). Our territory is private and closed, therefore, our pressing request is to close firmly behind yourself the wicket-gate and the  gates.

  We do not bear  responsibility for things left on territory and in premises.

If as a result of the client breaking down these rules the owner has to provide any additional works, their cost will be deduced  from the client’s deposit.

In case of violating  of our rules, we as the  owners of the property have the right to refuse the client  its further use  without returning to him preliminary paid money.

Choose what would be better for you: to rent a villa or an apartment. Also hasten to make your order - at a  high season there is not enough room  for all interested persons.
